Jerry is by far the best and most experienced trainer in Oahu!! He takes the time to listen to what you want to improve and your limitations. He makes working out actually enjoyable while motivating me to keep going. My best friend came to train with him as well and we both know it was a great decision!! If you’re serious about working out in Honolulu…Jerry is the best!

I have been training with Jerry for 9 months. Training with Jerry has been awesome. Jerry is my Mr. Miyagi. I have transformed my body — friends have noticed and clothes are tighter. Before my bulk with Jerry I was sitting at 140lbs. I am now currently 165lbs. I am significantly stronger and look so much better. Jerry has a ton of experience in the bodybuilding world. I was never a fan of pumping iron. It was hard I was weak. That all changed when I researched personal trainers and hit upon Jerry. What a stroke of luck! What a pro. He was so attentive to my needs and being an ole lady he didn't push me too hard. He explained what all the weights would do and which muscles would get stronger. And did I mention kind? So far the jury's out since I just started but with his tutelage I fully expect to get stronger. It just goes to show you. It's not too late to begin even if you're over 80!

Jerry is literally the best trainer everrrr. Very down to earth and knowledgeable. He pays the most attention to your goals and caters to it every time you come in. The gym is nice and has everything you need to get into shape. Each session you will definitely see progress because he knows the right formation and then some. He also incorporates diet and healthy habits if needed. Be prepared to workout because he will kick your butt.. in a good way to get you where you want to be. lol :)

The moment you shake hands with Jerry, you’ll know you’ve made the right decision. I have multiple injuries, and because of it Jerry is very patient with me. He listens to your needs, and will work together with you to achieve your goals. Jerry is now training myself, my wife and my oldest daughter (20yrs) to keep my family healthy & strong. Jerry is more than just a personal trainer, he’s family.
